The chaff collector consists of two parts, the Chaff Basket and the Top Cap. Together they form the chaff collector assembly for the SR series roasters.
This is the Chaff Top ONLY and it works with ALL these SR models: SR300, SR340, SR500, SR700, SR540 and SR800

This will not fit older Fresh Roast 8 or +8 models.
This will fit the SR540 model roaster released in May 2019 and the SR800 released in October 2019.
