Shipping policy
Phone Numbers
FedEx and UPS now require phone numbers. If you do not provide a phone number with the shipping address, this may cause a delay or even cancellation of your order.
Processing Time
- Online orders ship on the next business day, Monday through Friday (8am - 5pm).
- An order placed on Friday at 5:01pm will process on Monday.
- Holidays are not counted as business days.
PO Boxes
- If you are shipping to a PO Box you must choose the USPS during checkout to avoid additional charges and/or delays.
No Rush Shipping - We pick the carrier
- Many carriers will institute fees for holidays and other peak times of the year. The No Rush shipping is our way of providing a consistent rate that won't break the budget. Our warehouse will package your order and then run the dims through our shipping platform. Many of these packages will go USPS Advantage Ground shipping. However, it could be UPS or FedEx.
*weight is dimensional, so Monsooned Super Grade AAA will have a higher dimensional weight than a Sumatran coffee.
If you have a preference on which carrier delivers your order, do not choose No Rush Shipping. Instead choose the carrier you prefer, even if their rate is higher. If you submit an order note asking for a specific carrier then your shipment may be delayed while we reach out to you about any additional shipping fees you may be responsible for.
Returns/Lost or Damaged Shipments
- All of our coffee is green (unroasted). We do not take returns on coffee. Other products may be subject to a restocking fee. Please view our full returns policy for more details.
- If your order arrived damaged please take plenty of pictures and reach out to us within 15 days. We ship all of our packages with insurance and will make sure to refund or replace your items as quickly as possible. Lost packages will need to be investigated by the shipping carrier, upon completion of their investigation packages will be replaced or refunded as necessary.
- Check your order for accuracy and let us know within 15 days if something is missing. Mistakes do sometimes happen and we'll work quickly to resolve any problems with your order.
- Stolen packages are not covered. If your package is marked as delivered please reach out ASAP so that we can start an investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation if the carrier shows proof that the package was correctly delivered to the shipping address we will be unable to replace or refund your order. We are looking into additional insurance to protect against theft. If you are concerned your package may be stolen please reach out via email or leave an order note, and we will add signature confirmation at no extra charge.
-
Insufficient Addresses or address errors are the customer's responsibility. Check your order confirmation for accuracy and let us know if there is an issue. The customer is responsible for any fees to reroute a package. If the order is returned to us it will be subject to an inspection and treated as a standard return.
- Please note that there are various factors impacting shipping. Once your order has left our warehouse, we have no control over any delays or damage that may happen due to issues with the shipping provider. We will do our best to work with you to find and replace your order if necessary but will have to follow the policies set forth by that shipping provider.
