Shipping Deadlines

If you are looking to get another gift and wondering if it will arrive on time, here’s what you need to know.
United States Postal Service
The Priority Mail Service recommends a send-by date for delivery before December 25th as December 20th. Orders placed on December 19th will go out on the 20th. We will do our best to get orders placed on the morning of the 20th out that day. Please add a comment to your order if you need this for a gift so we can try to prioritize your order.
We don’t normally ship via Priority Mail Express, but if you are interested in this service let us know. Recommended send-by date for this service is December 22nd.
Orders under 18 pounds typically ship via USPS Priority Mail.
FedEx
Orders over 20 pounds and roasters typically ship via this service. Most of these orders go out via FedEx Home Delivery. If shipping to a business then it’s FedEx Ground. Both of these services normally delivery within 3 business days.
Recommended Send-by dates for these delivery options is Monday, December 17th. We’ll do our best to get orders that come in Monday morning out that day.
Other FedEx options at additional charges:
- FedEx Expres Saver & 2Day – Wednesday, December 20th
- FedEx Overnight – Friday, December 21st
UPS
Some larger orders and Gene Cafe Roaster orders ship via UPS. Most of our UPS orders tend to have a 5-7 business day shipping schedule. You can choose UPS 3 Day Express, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air for additional charges.
For delivery by the 25th UPS recommends sending UPS 2nd Day Air by the 20th and sending Nex Day Air by Friday, December 21st.
