This coffee comes from the Halo Beriti Washing Station. This washing station was established in 2014 and serves 750 smallholder producers. They deliver the coffee in cherry form.
This particular lot is a "special preparation". Meaning it was hand-sorted repeatedly throughout the receiving and drying process to ensure that only perfect cherries made it into the bags.
