It is at once immensely unique, immediately delicious, and irrepressibly nostalgic. Undeniable notes of gingerbread and cinnamon toast are its hallmarks, eliciting nearly unanimous descriptors. These top notes are accented by a sugary sweetness and a fruitiness clean enough to integrate seamlessly and bold enough stand out in a complex and thought-provoking sensory landscape.

Suggested Roast: City to City +, We enjoy this coffee at a nice medium roast, but it has a good range based on your preferences.
This particular coffee represents collection centers in and around León Cortés in Tarrazú, where producers from nearby towns will deliver their coffee in cherry form for grading, sorting, and processing. CoopeTarrazú does all of its drying in mechanical driers, after depulping and fermenting the coffee dry before washing.
The lots are separated out from specific communities within the area of León Cortés. This encourages the cooperative to increase its attention to tractability and increasing the opportunities that small producers will have to achieve recognition for their coffees. There is a lot of extra work and attention that goes into these coffees. Premiums are paid for the extra work that then helps support the entire cooperative and their worthwhile programs and projects.
