This is another wonderful coffee that comes to us from the folks at La Minita. Reserva del Patron, or "Proprietor's Reserve," is a selection of extra-large beans grown at a very high altitude.

This coffee is drawn from the finest Colombian Plantations in the department of Narino, the country's southernmost province. Only coffees from the high altitude farms that grow the Borbon and Caturra varieties and then process those to our exacting standards. The extra-large Supremo-size beans are sorted out for this trademark and sold as our "Proprietor's Reserve". In the cup you'll find complex flavor of raisin and rich chocolate, engaging acidity, a creamy silky body, and a depth of character that only the finest Colombian coffees can boast.
