Details
El Cadejo is a Central American folklore. In Guatemala, it’s known to be a spirit dog that helps guide and keep those who are wandering home late at night safe, particularly those who are drunk!
El Cadejo is arguably the most beautiful farm in Antigua and perhaps all of Guatemala. The Rodas family are wonderful people who pour their hearts into others and their farm. El Cadejo has been in Lucrecia Rodas’ family for generations but until recently they have been highly focused on producing the best coffee possible. The family has targeted their passion towards learning, investing and innovating throughout the farm including a custom micro dry mill directly on the farm grounds itself.
The coffee is grown, processed and shipped all at the finca and under their supervision.
