A pre-blend of Ethiopian and Yemen dry-processed coffees. These two countries sit opposite each other on the Red Sea. Its one of those blends that defy logic. Blending is usually an opportunity to bring different continents together, rather than mix coffees from the same area. But in this case, the blend turns into an extremely winey and complex cup with hidden chocolate combined with something fruity and wild. Just great!

This blend, for those pushing into the second-crack, develops a marked roasted fruit profile and maintains the inherent characteristics of the component coffees, owing to the very high altitudes they are grown at.

(Watch out, Felucca Blend contains some smallish beans which may catch in the drum of your Behmor.)

Very versatile; it's good in a drip, press, or vac pot, and it also does well as espresso.  Give it a good 24 to 48 hours of rest if you can resist the aroma, because that's when the Yemen will really come into its own.

Limited and popular. We never know how long it will last into the year.

Three beans turn into an extremely winey and complex cup. The chocolate taste hidden in the Harrar, the fruitiness of the Yemen Mocca, the wild nature of all three coffees.... Just great!

It is rare that I place an order, that I don't order at least a few lbs. of this awesome coffee. Our 20 year old son loves this coffee too! Fortunately, we only have one son still at home, because if they both still lived at home, I'd never have enough of this stuff around, so I could have some! Fantastic beans! (Posted on 7/1/2013)

This blend is absolutely terrific. If I had to live off of one selection at Coffee Project forever, this would be it. (Posted on 6/10/2013)

Letting this one set for a "breathing" period was tough sledding. I'd read all the reviews and wanted to taste what it had to offer, so I did, and I was disappointed. Then waited two days and it blew the top off!

One of the most delightful coffees I've ever encountered. I like the Yemin Moccha by itself, but adding the others simply enhances all I already liked.

Get this one in quantity; it's not always available. (Posted on 5/15/2013)

I bought a pound last week. You know.....good reviews all that stuff. I followed a few roasting tips. I took the bean to a medium dark roast with some visible oil sheen. I guess.....my version of The Full City. Within a couple hours, the aroma was lights out! I immediately ordered four more lbs just on the aroma. Seriously. 27 hours later, weighed it out, ground it down, brewed it up, and tasted. Yeah baby! Now go get some! (Posted on 4/18/2013)

Great cup of coffee; waited the extra time and it was worth the wait. Roasted @ daughter's house; used a drip system. (At home; we use a espresso). Great cup both ways; enjoyed the complex coffee! A winey scent with a chocolate taste. (Posted on 7/10/2012)

Immediately after I roasted my first batch I thought, well, not much of a coffee scent. I store all freshly ground coffee in a glass bowl with tight plastic top. The next am, wow, the fragrance was awesome. And the taste! Absolutely delicious. Two days later, there was an even more intense flavor and coffee fragrance. Love this! (Posted on 10/12/2011)

This blend is just perfect. Depending on how you roast it, there is plenty of chocolate and cinnamon that comes through. I've tried this everywhere from barely 2nd crack all the way up to a dark French roast and loved every batch. The chocolate is especially easy to pick up if you grind a few beans as soon as they've cooled and enjoy a cup right then. Every day between roasting and grinding/drinking adds a little something different.

I roast in the oven so that I don't get a completely uniform roast. The varying degrees of roast just adds another layer to the flavor of the beans. Espresso machine. (Posted on 7/5/2011)

Makes a great espresso, drip, or French press. Stands up to a darker roast but retains its complexity more when not so dark. Let it rest a good couple of days. (Posted on 10/4/2010)
