A selection of beans that turn into an extremely winey and complex cup. Typically this is a mix of Ethiopian and Yemen dry-processed coffees.

The chocolate taste is hidden in the Ethiopian beans and the fruitiness comes from the Yemen beans. Add in the wild nature of other coffees and all these beans combine to give us a blend that is truly amazing!!

If you push the roast into second-crack, this blend will develop a marked roasted fruit profile that maintains the inherent characteristics of the various coffees. If you prefer lighter roasts, this coffee blend will show an amazingly bright, ripe red fruit and berries component.

A pre-blend of Ethiopian and Yemen dry-processed coffees. These two countries sit opposite each other on the Red Sea. It's one of those blends that defy logic. Blending is usually an opportunity to bring different continents together, rather than mix coffees from the same area. In this case, the blend turns into an extremely winey and complex cup with subtle chocolate combined with something fruity and wild. Just great!

This blend, for those pushing into the second-crack, develops a marked roasted fruit profile and maintains the inherent characteristics of the component coffees, owing to the very high altitudes they are grown at.

(Watch out, Felucca Blend contains some smallish beans which may catch in the drum of your Behmor.)

Very versatile; it's good in a drip, press, or vac pot, and it also does well as espresso.  Give it a good 24 to 48 hours of rest if you can resist the aroma, because that's when the Yemen will really come into its own.

Because this is a blend from two different countries we never know exactly how long it will remain in stock.
