Coffee is a yearly crop that can be impacted by many factors. Weather is a big factor. Regional politics, war, pests, plant disease, etc. Some of our coffees are micro-lots, with only a few bags produced a year. Maybe there is an outstanding crop one year and a dud crop the next.
