1/2 lb Kraft Window Bags for Roasted Coffee
These are Kraft paper bags with tin ties for roasted coffee.
They are coated on the inside for freshness, so that coffee oils won't seep into the paper. Great for presenting your home-roasted coffee to friends, for that added bit of panache. With a cellophane window so you can see the roasted beans inside. Neat!

We originally chose a half pound, almost completely paper bags for a reason.
First, the point of home roasted coffee is that it's fresh. Coffee is fine for a week or so. Many home roasters will find that a 1/2 pound bag is perfect for their weekly consumption needs. It's also the perfect size when giving fresh roasted coffee as a gift.
If you need to get them from here to there, go with tin tie bags. Better yet, recycle a glass jar.
