'Malabar Gold' is pre-blended while green for a European-style espresso. In the mix are Indian Monsooned Malabar beans known for their smooth and mellow taste plus a low level of acidity. There is a second aged bean in this blend as well plus a touch of Robusta for beautiful crema.
