If you have ordered from us before and we have current information, you are welcome to place an order by a plain email. Just let us know what you'd like us to send.

All of our orders go out ASAP, typically by FedEx, or USPS depending on which will get it to you the fastest. When orders are shipped they generate a FedEx, or USPS delivery confirmation number. This number is automatically sent to your email address so you know when the order went out.

Bulk orders of 20, 40. 60 pounds or more of the same bean can have a significant price break! so look for that. Beans are sold by the pound, teas are sold by the ounce. See our FAQ for even more info, policies, etc.
