Basic Stovetop
This
3/16" thick-walled cast iron pan has a 4" inside diameter,
2-1/2" depth and no moving parts! Here's one roaster that will
NEVER wear out. We've roasted a half pound of beans with great success.
For the first couple tries choose peaberry beans since they roll
around best. After that, you're an expert!
