Before
coffee is roasted, it's called "green." The beans are
small and look a lot like split peas! Like other dry foods, you
can store green coffee indefinitely. And, storing green coffee is
similar to being a wine connoiseur because you can create a cellar
of your favorites.
Imagine deciding day by day what country or region's
coffee you want, how dark you want it, or what blend to create.
You can have what you imagine almost instantly, without committing
to a whole pound of something, or finding that you can't finish
a bag before it goes stale. By roasting your own, you'll never have
to experience flat tasting freezer coffee again.
You can have the finest coffees from around the world waiting for
you to recreate that perfect cup again and again, next week as fresh
as tommorow, as fresh as this very moment.
Beans orders begin at one pound. We also have five, ten, or twentyfive pound bags,
but we're happy to weigh out any quantity of beans you like. Just enter the number of pounds in the cart. And OUR shopping
cart automatically tells you the shipping costs up front. How about that? If
you have special requests, just send an email (or clarify what you
prefer in the "details" section of the order form), and
we'll get it sorted out.
NOTE: The bulk section has recently been combined
with the main beans menu. Price breaks on quantities of 25 lbs will calculate
automatically when available. And, don't forget to visit
our Blog for lots of other information.
